About the event
Join us for the Half Iron Triathlon on the Columbia River 1.2 miles swim, scenic 56 mile bike on Vantage Highway and 13.1 run.
Mandatory Safety briefing on June 10, 2026, 7 pm (Zoom presentation). Optional Pasta Feed 4 pm June 12, 2026. Race Starts 8 am in knee deep water at boat ramp and goes out clockwise around 5 buoys. 56 mile hilly road bike following the rules of the road toward Ellensburg out 21.4 miles and back to the dam following the rules of the road and back to the boat ramp. Follow the around route arrows in the road, and elevated directional signs. Obey all life guard instructions while on the swim course.
